Short and sweet your 13 Idols will perform tonight a song of there choice.  Pick your Bottom 3 and 1 to go home.  Results must be in by tomorrow before 3:00 pm.

2pts for every bottom 3 selected correctly and 5 pts for the one going home.

David Cook’s New Single- Will be American Idol Song of the season!

American Idol’s seventh winner, David Cook, has a new single on iTunes today. The track is a cover of Simple Minds’ “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” and it’s the Season 10 farewell song!

Top 13 Idols Revealed

It was a crazy night on “American Idol.” Somehow in two hours they managed to cut 14 contestants, make six sing, bring back three and premiere Jennifer Lopez’s new video. Aaaah. Wow... I hope you are satisfied with your Top 13.... I think we have a great mix of contestants.  It will make watching Idol a lot better.  Meet your top 13 finalist one of them is your American Idol.

Soon you will need to pick an idol, oh did I tell you when, no I did not but I will now

when result night happens and only 10 Idols are standing you will need to

select the 2011 American Idol for 25pts

We began awarding points and Denise Friedman is in the lead with 30pts

But not until one more sing off on Wednesday Night!

will be your next American Idol.  I do have my favorite early on and they are ladies...

Lauren Alaina and Ashton Jones, but again when I predict early on
it does not mean they will win!

Remember I have played this Challenge for the last Six years and have never won! (Hint)

This will be the last week we will be excepting participants, if you know of anyone

who wants in on our challenge we welcome them to play.

First Week of AI Challenge is as follow:

The judges pick  (3) participants who will move on

When America Goes Live on March 1, 2011

Our Challenge will begin!

At that time we will no longer be excepting participants.

The game is all about points...

The winner is all about who has the most points in the end!!!!

You earn points based on result night:

American Idol has changed the voting process
for the start of the 2011 season.

You will earn 2pts for each participant moving on in season 10.
The First Round of Idol, America is to select
 (5) guys & (5) ladies to make up your top 13
 if you select correctly you will earn the 2 pts each

Wild Card finalist will be selected by our judges (3) will move on
You will earn 5pts for each wild card finalist selected correctly.

25pts for selecting the correct Idol Winner

10pts for selecting the final Two Idol contestants

You will do the same except you are going to

e-mail, facebook, or text me your results.

Rules:

All picks must be in by the afternoon of elimination night before 3:00 p.m.

If you fail to put in your picks you earn no points for that week

If you decide to select the American Idol Winner a week later from the designated date you will earn only 10 points vs. 25 points ( date to be announced)

If the challenge is changed based on the show it self, we will vote to see how we handle our points for that week

You must check your selection of picks to ensure that they were captured correctly on our spreadsheet and advise immediately

You can not change your picks after you have submitted them ( so be careful in your selection)

Payment must be received before the show goes live, if you don't pay you forfeit your winnings

Our Blog Spot will be updated weekly to advise how the voting is going, comments and information

When emailing please only email me and not the entire group

If you are having a great time playing and want to share some humor please do so on the blog

This is a serious game, lots of folks are watching to ensure points are accurate there is a lot at stake for the winner, so please be careful in your selections advise when they are incorrect.....immediately.

*** Note-Please if you fail to provide your picks, because your computer is down, power outage, traveling, vacation or other reasons please call me or send them with someone else, you have until 7:00 pm but your picks must be sent  to everyone not just me.

Idol is different this year they have a Las Vegas Round

Where they will narrow the contestant to 20 singers

Our Games will officially Begin on March 1 and voting will be on March 2nd!!!!

At that point we will not be accepting anymore participants…..

So if you are listed on the attached spreadsheet in light green you are in.

If you are highlighted in yellow you were in last year and your sponsor is still playing

But we are not sure if you are still playing...

If you are not color coded then Why haven’t you contacted me….LOL

If you are still receiving emails it means I can’t let you go and I want you to continue to play,

but if you must go just let me know!
